I would like to say how Shannon and the Commando seem to be the most sincere when it comes to helping the contestants lose weight. Michelle well, let me say this, no one should be allowed to yell and scream at anyone as she does. I admit it must be frustrating to see people not doing their best but most of the time I am sure in the beginning they find it so hard to move as fast as they are expected to. They are holding so much weight. Michelle needs to have a little bit more compassion and to encourage them without yelling. Shannon and the Commando don’t yell and scream like she does and they get better results.. I would love to ask Shannon to help me as I suffer with symptoms of osteoarthritis and I find walking and swimming the best exercise I can do. Although I am not the best swimmer; my breathing technique has alot to be desired.

    Hi there,

This year, 2014 is the first Biggest Loser episode I have ever watched. I thought Michelle was the nicest of the 3, but trust your judgement better than mine. Does she have a past history of yelling at them? I always worry they could have a heart attack the way they are pushed – its a great show and they get great results – physically and mentally as they push through barriers but do you feel their is a punishment element (most likely unintentional) to it. I guess moderate regular training would make a boring show and wouldnt get the results as quickly as they need.
